Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products and services provided by Altius Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Altius Labs", "we", "us" or "our"), including DogDate, Helpi, FanLive and any other product we operate (each, a "Product"). By accessing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Products, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a subscription or make a payment. If you are between 13 and the age of majority, you may only use our Products under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@altiuslabs.tech if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the relevant Product, or by contacting us.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our Products in compliance with all applicable laws, and not to: violate the rights of others; upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content; interfere with the security, integrity or normal operation of our Products; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Payments and subscriptions
Some Products may offer paid features or subscriptions. Where a purchase is made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, that purchase is billed and processed by Apple or Google and is subject to their respective terms and refund policies. For purchases made directly through our website, our Refund Policy applies.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and software provided through our Products remain the property of Altius Labs LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host, display and distribute it as necessary to operate the Products.
Third-party services
Our Products may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by Altius Labs. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party service.
Disclaimers
Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altius Labs LLC and its officers, members and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of our Products.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to a Product if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it necessary to protect our Products, users or legal interests. You may stop using our Products and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@altiuslabs.tech.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
